BoF's Mastercard offering is powered by and is combined with BoF's novel technology to deliver a seamless user experience and product offering.
Unlike other "digital asset" Mastercard's and VISA cards that are currently on the market, the BoF Mastercard settles transactions directly with the Mastercard Network in USDC. This is truly significant as it bypasses the need for any third party processor or bank to get involved in the settlement process.
When you transfer funds to your BoF Spending Account this is classified as a "Load" regardless if you spend those funds via your digital Mastercard or not. Withdrawing funds from your BoF Spending Account does not reduce your aggregated load value for that period.
Daily Load Limit: 5,000 USDC
Yearly Load Limit (365 day period): 100,000 USDC
These limits have specifically been put in place by Mastercard.
